Troy McQuage has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance market. He earned his degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. Apart from his career in leadership and insurance, Troy is an active philanthropist, participating in organizations such as Hope Kid in Dallas, and the Semper Fi Fund Crisis Nursery in Phoenix. He is an expert in handling health insurance, professional liabilities, marketing, sales and human resources among other tasks. Troy’s skill sets developed by working with a variety of firms, ranging from startup enterprises, turnaround companies and high growth companies. Troy began his career in 1983 at the Allstate Insurance Company. In 1985, he started working for Student Insurance Division of the United Insurance Companies Incorporation. He later became the firm’s president, before joining UGA in 1997 and leading it to set several annual records. Troy joined US Health in 2010 to serve as the executive vice president and chief marketing officer before earning a promotion to be the president and chief executive officer of the firm. Before joining US Health, Troy also served as the ceo and president of Freedom Life Insurance and other US Health branch companies.
